What I'm Doing this Saturday

Since I won't be going anywhere this weekend, I'm taking this opportunity to exercise and write more blog posts. 
Today I woke up at 12 noon, which is bad. I always have a hard time sleeping every summer, last night I slept at 1am (which is considered an improvement since last time I was awake until 2am). I've done research on it, since I really hate waking up then the first meal I eat is lunch (I miss making toast and pancakes for myself) and it aggravates my acne!

Now I'm going to introduce to you my favorite YouTube Trainer! :) She's Cassey and her channel is BlogilatesTV. In some of her videos she works out with her sister Jackelyn, and I swear they are both so fun to watch!
